About Futuro Spatial
A new rights platform for artworks.
Futuro Spatial is an invitation-only registry and marketplace for RTBs. Each Right to Build is artist-authorized, numbered, and transferable—the right to realize a defined artwork under its recorded conditions.
Origins
Futuro Spatial was developed from long practical experience with artworks, multidisciplinary production, ownership questions, and the preservation of artistic intent across time and place.
That history informed the platform, but it does not define or limit the field in which Futuro Spatial operates.
The platform
Futuro Spatial establishes a controlled environment in which artists can define and issue RTBs, members can acquire and transfer them, and owners can use them to initiate authorized realizations.
The platform is not limited to public art, sculpture, a particular scale, material, location, or commissioning model. Its protected records, technical assets, operating methods, and participant tools remain inside the invitation-only system.
